Whats’s the difference between bond and bound?

Resin bound is when the aggregate is mixed with the resin and then hand appplied and trowel finished. It gives a very flat and compact finish.

Resin bond gives a much more natural look as well as the benefit of extra grip. The resin is applied and then the aggregate is scattered on top. Once dry, the remaining loose aggregate is removed.
