To begin the works safely, ProGuard Exteriors erected full scaffold access to the front elevation. All windows and doors were carefully masked and protected, and a skip was arranged on site to manage waste throughout the project.
The defective render above the top floor windows and behind the parapet walls was removed back to a sound substrate. Following the render removal, the team applied a universal primer and a premium base coat reinforced with fibre mesh, creating a stable prepared surface for the wall coating application.
