K Rend Cleaning
K Rend can be safely cleaned and restored using the correct low pressure treatment. Pressure washing can damage K Rend and leave streaks, whereas softwashing treats the organic growth that causes staining.
Monocouche Render Cleaning
Monocouche render is especially vulnerable to damage from aggressive pressure washing. Our softwash treatment uses a careful blend of water, sodium hypochlorite and biocide at low pressure to remove algae and organic stains safely.
Softwash Render Cleaning
We use softwashing with biodegradable chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite and Green Wash under low pressure to treat and kill organic spores at the root. This approach can last four to six times longer than pressure washing.
Algae, Lichen & Mould Treatment
Black and red staining is often caused by algae known as Trentepohlia, which grows on lichen within the render. Shaded areas are more likely to be affected as the surface holds more moisture for algae and bacteria to thrive.
Domestic & Commercial Render Cleaning
Most domestic render cleaning can be completed from the ground using extendable application poles. For larger homes, townhouses and commercial properties, access equipment such as a cherry picker or tower scaffold may be required.
